Great Taste

I have been looking for this product everywhere. They use to sell it at any local store now you can't find it. It has a great peppery taste and it tastes different than beaf that you just can't quite put your finger on. A up to eatting the Buffalo Jerky to me not only is the taste but to me it is less greasy.

Warning: Contains Beef

I am allergic to beef hence the preference for bison. I was not too happy about reading that the bison jerky had beef puree. On the flip side the manufacturer was conscientious enough to adequately label the packaging.
