5Noticeable difference in torque in my '02 Mini Cooper S with John Cooper Works.
By Jeremy P. Seda
I just started using Royal Purple in my Mini Cooper S with John Cooper Works (basically, the supercharged, supercharged Mini). I actually noticed a difference in torque off the line and squeeled the tires HARD in 2nd gear. Although I don't have all the equipment to register the difference in fuel conservation, the guages inside my Mini started registering higher, expected mileage ranges. I previously would see that mileage range at about 480 miles on a full tank of gas (Hwy), but after Royal Purple, I saw the range jump up to 505 at one time.

Like I said, I'm not an automotive expert, but from what it seems to me, the Royal Purple has made a difference.

3Not good for small engines
By Christopher Lumsargis
Last year I purchased a Toyota Prius. After I used all of the free oil changes, I looked for something that would improve the gas mileage of the the little gas engine, especially in cold weather. Unfortunately, my mileage dropped after I started using this oil. I then switched to Mobile 1 and mileage improved. Perhaps the the fact that Royal Purple does not sell a 0-20 or 0-30 oil other than its expensive racing line is part of the problem since winters in the high country of Colorado are very cold. Whatever the reason, this oil seemed to make the little Prius engine work harder.

5Super Duper Oil
By S. Gray
I put this synthetic oil in my Generac generator, and the unit runs longer without the need to refill the oil, than any other oil I've used. And for my needs, that's perfect.
